Welcome to The Grove. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, membership platform, and any associated services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
a. Account Creation: To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated. b. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. c. Membership Plans: Membership tiers, benefits, and pricing are described on our Membership page. We reserve the right to modify offerings or pricing upon reasonable notice.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not: - Engage in conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or disruptive; - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or networks; - Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Services in any medium without prior written consent; or - Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Services.
All content on the Services—including text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is owned by or licensed to The Grove and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.
If you purchase a membership or other paid offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed by our third-party providers, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring membership dues, where applicable. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or outlined in specific membership agreements.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at terms@jointhegrove.club. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grove will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or goodwill resulting from your use of the Services.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date and provide notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
